Due to the low taxes and legislation more and more iGaming companies move their offices down here.This also means a need for work labour. Having experience in the business is a must for most of the companies here, though most also hire younger more inexperienced people to take care of their support services, where fundamental training takes place. The Government has by law legislated that Maltese nationals should primarily be hired as work labour, though a special skills as fx languageskill certainly opens doors already.
If interested in applying for a iGaming job, it is always a good idea to contact the companies directly. Another option is to take advantage of the excellent recruitment agencies, which will actively help finding a job.
